regarding any aspect of the gear install, break-in, etc. Maybe a bit of overkill, but as Nick said, I favor using the Richmond Gear GL6 diff. lube as it is compatable with the manufacturers' product (the gears). Since the LSD aspect of the differential is self contained, the fluid doesn't effect that part of the diff. You can break it in with standard fluid, but after the break in period, I recommend changing to the Richmond fluid (or at least the Redline 75-90). You'll find that the initial fluid used during break in is nasty, as the gears shed material, and then getting the correct and compatible fluid in will insure that your gears live long and prosper.
